Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to
Click Leverage, https://clickleverage.com, and all related pages, member
features, advertising services, referral tools,
contests, rewards, and account benefits.
By registering, logging in, purchasing an offer,
submitting advertising, sending a mailing, surfing
websites, or otherwise using Click Leverage, you agree to
these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Anti-Spam Policy,
Earnings Disclaimer, and any additional rules displayed
inside the site.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an
account, purchase an offer, submit advertising, or use
the service.
Age and Eligibility
You agree that you are at least 18 years old and legally
able to enter into an agreement to use Click Leverage.
You may not use the site where doing so would violate
applicable laws, regulations, court orders, sanctions,
payment-provider restrictions, or other legal
requirements.
Number of Accounts
You agree to create and maintain only one Click Leverage
account unless written permission is received from
Frank Salinas.
Creating, controlling, or benefiting from multiple
accounts, using another person's account, submitting
false information, or attempting to bypass account
restrictions may result in suspension or permanent
termination of all related accounts.
Accounts, memberships, mailing privileges, credits,
advertising balances, commissions, rewards, prizes,
and promotional benefits may not be sold, transferred,
shared, or assigned without written approval from
Click Leverage.
Accurate Account Information
You agree to provide accurate and current registration,
contact, payment, profile, tax, and advertising
information.
You are responsible for protecting your username and
password and for all activity completed through your
account.
Contact support promptly if you believe your account
has been accessed without permission.
Account and Service Emails
By joining Click Leverage, you agree to receive necessary
account and service messages from frank@clickleverage.com,
no-reply@clickleverage.com, or another authorized Click Leverage
sending address.
These messages may include email verification, password
recovery, security notices, account status, commission
information, payment information, policy updates,
purchase fulfillment, advertising notices, mailing
reports, and other information related to your
membership.
Please keep your contact email current and allow
authorized Click Leverage sending addresses so important
account messages can reach you.
Invalid, Bouncing, and Automated Email Responses
Invalid, abandoned, repeatedly bouncing, full, blocked,
or undeliverable email addresses may cause member
mailings, account notifications, commission payments,
or other features to be temporarily restricted.
Email addresses that generate repeated automated
responses, challenge-response notices, vacation
messages, complaints, or delivery failures may be
placed on hold until the member provides a valid
working address.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated when a member
knowingly supplies a false or unusable email address,
repeatedly creates delivery problems, or attempts to
bypass email suppression or account-security controls.
Member Mailings and Advertising Content
You are responsible for every subject line, email
message, Solo Ad, Login Ad, banner, text ad, website,
profile, image, link, claim, and other item submitted
through your account.
Mailing subjects and advertisements must accurately
represent the content being promoted.
You may not use false sender information, deceptive
subject lines, fake replies, fake payment notices,
misleading account warnings, or other content designed
to trick a recipient into opening or clicking.
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- Malware, viruses, spyware, or malicious code.
- Phishing or attempts to steal personal information.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonation content.
- Fake income statements or guaranteed-income claims.
- Illegal products, services, or activities.
- Hate content, threats, harassment, or exploitation.
- Unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material.
- Forced downloads or browser-locking scripts.
- Cookie stuffing or deceptive redirects.
- False security warnings or fake system notices.
Click Leverage may approve, reject, edit, pause, restrict,
or remove any mailing or advertisement that violates
these Terms, creates a security or deliverability risk,
damages the member experience, or is otherwise
considered unsuitable for the service.
Traffic Exchange Rules
The Traffic Exchange is intended for genuine member
participation and real website exposure.
You may not use bots, macros, autosurf software,
automated clicking, click farms, artificial viewing
services, automatic refreshing, hidden windows,
background surfing, or multiple accounts to generate
additional credits or benefits.
You may not use proxies, VPNs, browser manipulation,
device changes, or other methods intended to avoid
security, duplicate-account, fraud, or traffic
controls.
Websites submitted to the Traffic Exchange must load
properly and must not interfere with the surf timer,
security checks, site navigation, or the next-site
action.
Frame-breaking code, forced redirects, excessive
popups, browser-locking scripts, automatic downloads,
and automatic audio or video that cannot be easily
stopped are prohibited.
Credits, impressions, clicks, commissions, rewards,
prizes, or account benefits connected to artificial
or prohibited activity may be removed or reversed.
Advertising Credits and Site Benefits
Email credits, traffic credits, banner impressions,
text impressions, Login Ads, Solo Ads, mailing
privileges, and other advertising allocations are
digital site benefits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these benefits have
no cash value, may not be transferred, and may only be
used within Click Leverage.
Sending limits, timers, exchange ratios, advertising
allocations, expiration periods, and membership
benefits may vary by membership level and may be
updated when reasonably necessary to operate the
service.
Referral Program and Commissions
Click Leverage operates a one-tier referral program.
Commissions may be earned only from qualifying
purchases made by members you directly refer.
There is no second-tier commission, downline, matrix,
or MLM compensation structure.
You are not required to purchase an upgrade solely to
qualify for direct-referral commissions unless a
specific written promotion clearly states otherwise.
A commission is normally placed into pending status
when a qualifying referred sale is generated.
Commission approval and payment normally occur
approximately 30 days after the sale.
This review period allows time for refunds, payment
reversals, chargebacks, disputes, unauthorized
transactions, duplicate-account checks, self-referral
checks, account-security reviews, and verification
that the sale or referral was not connected to fraud,
cheating, prohibited promotion, or artificial
activity.
A commission may remain pending longer than 30 days
when a refund period remains open, a payment dispute
is active, additional information is required, or
further fraud or account review is reasonably
necessary.
Pending commissions are not approved, guaranteed, or
payable until the applicable review has been
completed.
Cash Rewards and Prize Payments
Click Leverage may make cash rewards or other prizes
available through clicking advertisements, surfing
websites, contests, drawings, promotions, or other
member activities.
A cash reward normally remains pending for
approximately 30 days after it is won.
A reward may remain pending longer than 30 days when
additional fraud, identity, account, traffic,
advertiser, payment, or security review is reasonably
necessary.
The review period allows Click Leverage to verify that the
winning activity was legitimate and was not generated
through bots, automated clicking, multiple accounts,
shared accounts, artificial traffic, manipulated
devices, prohibited software, collusion, or other
fraudulent activity.
Cash rewards are not approved, guaranteed, or payable
until the review has been completed.
Non-cash prizes may be subject to separate activation,
expiration, advertising, or eligibility rules
displayed with the applicable promotion.
Minimum Payment and Payment Methods
A member must have at least $10 in approved and payable
commissions and cash rewards before a payment is
issued.
Amounts that are still pending or under review do not
count toward the $10 payment minimum until they have
been approved.
Approved amounts below $10 will normally remain in the
member's account and carry forward until the minimum
payment amount is reached.
Available payment methods may include Cash App, Zelle,
Wise, Litecoin, Bitcoin, or Venmo.
Available payment methods may be changed, removed, or
limited based on location, availability, transaction
costs, security concerns, payment-provider
requirements, or administrative needs.
You are responsible for providing complete and
accurate payment information.
Click Leverage is not responsible for a payment sent to an
incorrect account, wallet, address, username, network,
or recipient because you supplied inaccurate
information.
Transaction fees, blockchain fees, conversion costs,
or payment-provider charges may be deducted when
disclosed before payment.
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes
that may apply to commissions, cash rewards, prizes,
or other benefits.
Commission and Reward Reversals
Commissions and rewards may be held, reviewed, reversed,
reduced, or denied when connected to:
- Refunded or reversed purchases.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Unauthorized or stolen payment methods.
- Duplicate or related accounts.
- Self-referrals or artificial referrals.
- Bots, automated clicking, or fake traffic.
- Fraudulent or prohibited promotion.
- Manipulated contest or prize activity.
- Account ownership that cannot be verified.
- Violations of these Terms or other site rules.
Click Leverage may request reasonable identity, account,
payment, or activity verification before approving or
issuing a commission or reward payment.
Failure to provide reasonably requested information,
inability to verify account ownership, or evidence of
prohibited activity may delay or prevent payment.
Affiliate Promotion and Disclosures
When promoting Click Leverage through an affiliate or
referral link, you must clearly disclose that you may
receive a commission or benefit when someone joins or
purchases through your link.
You may not make false income claims, misleading
testimonials, fabricated results, or guarantees about
commissions, traffic, sales, leads, or other results.
You may not represent yourself as an employee, agent,
legal representative, or official spokesperson for
Click Leverage unless you have received written
authorization.
Anti-Spam Policy
Click Leverage maintains a strict policy against spam,
deceptive email, and unsolicited bulk promotion.
You may promote your referral link only through lawful,
permission-based methods and in locations where
advertising is permitted.
The complete Click Leverage Anti-Spam Policy is incorporated
into these Terms and applies to every member and every
person promoting Click Leverage.
Spam complaints or evidence of prohibited promotion
may result in immediate account suspension while the
activity is investigated.
Purchases, Digital Delivery, and Refunds
Memberships, credits, mailing privileges, Solo Ads,
Login Ads, traffic credits, banner impressions, text
impressions, automated mailing features, promotional
benefits, and other site services are digital products
or services.
Digital benefits may be allocated, activated,
scheduled, or made available immediately after payment
or account access.
Except where required by applicable law,
payment-provider rules, or an express written guarantee
included with a specific offer, purchases are final and
non-refundable after digital benefits have been
activated, allocated, used, scheduled, or delivered.
Before purchasing, review the complete offer, price,
membership period, renewal terms, advertising
allocation, expiration rules, and included benefits.
Do not place an order if you do not agree to the
applicable terms.
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first
making a reasonable attempt to resolve a legitimate
fulfillment concern through support may result in
account restriction while the matter is reviewed.
No Guarantee of Results
Click Leverage provides advertising exposure, mailing
tools, traffic, and promotional services.
We do not guarantee sales, leads, referrals,
subscribers, customers, income, profits, open rates,
click-through rates, conversions, or any other business
result.
Email delivery does not guarantee that a recipient will
open, read, click, register, purchase, or respond.
Website views, banner impressions, text impressions,
Login Ads, Solo Ads, and other advertising placements
do not guarantee that a visitor will take any
particular action.
Results depend on factors outside our control,
including your offer, website, subject line,
advertising copy, targeting, pricing, reputation,
follow-up, market conditions, deliverability, and
recipient interest.
Third-Party Websites and Offers
Click Leverage displays websites, emails, advertisements,
products, services, and claims submitted by members and
third parties.
Displaying or delivering an advertisement does not mean
that Click Leverage endorses, guarantees, verifies, or
recommends the advertiser, website, product, service,
opportunity, or claim.
You visit third-party websites and complete third-party
transactions at your own discretion and risk.
Review the third party's terms, privacy practices,
refund policy, earnings claims, and reputation before
providing information or making a purchase.
Fraud, Abuse, and Security Reviews
Click Leverage may use IP addresses, cookies, device
information, login history, email information, payment
details, advertising activity, clicking patterns,
referral relationships, and other relevant records to
detect duplicate accounts, fraud, automation, account
sharing, payment abuse, and prohibited activity.
Security controls may require additional verification
or temporarily restrict an account while suspicious
activity is reviewed.
Attempting to disable, bypass, reverse engineer,
interfere with, or manipulate security, tracking,
crediting, mailing, contest, reward, or
fraud-prevention systems is prohibited.
Suspension and Termination
Click Leverage may pause advertising, restrict mailing
privileges, hold commissions, delay rewards, suspend an
account, or permanently terminate access when we
reasonably believe an account is involved in fraud,
abuse, spam, security threats, artificial activity,
prohibited content, payment disputes, or violations of
these Terms.
Serious security, fraud, spam, payment, or
illegal-content violations may result in immediate
suspension or termination without advance notice.
When an account is terminated for a violation, unused
credits, advertising balances, commissions, rewards,
upgrades, and promotional benefits may be removed or
forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Click Leverage reserves the right to refuse service when
reasonably necessary to protect members, advertisers,
payment providers, email deliverability, site security,
or the operation of the platform.
Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update, replace, restrict, discontinue,
or change site features, advertising options,
membership benefits, prices, commission methods,
payment methods, sending limits, security procedures,
and operating rules.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free
availability.
Temporary outages, maintenance, software errors,
hosting problems, email-provider restrictions, attacks,
or events outside our reasonable control may affect
access, sending, delivery, tracking, or advertising
performance.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law,
Click Leverage, Frank Salinas, and their service providers
will not be responsible for indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or business losses arising
from site use, interrupted access, email delivery,
third-party websites, member advertising, lost data,
lost profits, payment-provider action, or unauthorized
account activity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability
that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to These Terms
Click Leverage may revise these Terms when necessary to
reflect service, security, legal, payment,
deliverability, or business changes.
Updated Terms may be posted on https://clickleverage.com with a revised
effective date.
Continuing to use the site after updated Terms become
effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
